The Cottages

• We have 11 self-catering cottages or small apartments available for rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• 4  are historically-constructed rustic log cabins, and 7 are contemporary one-bedroom apartments and studios. All are winterized.
• Dormitory-style accommodations in a shared bunkroom are available for $20/night*. The bunkroom has access to shared bathrooms, kitchen, and travelers’ lounge.

Amenities

Each apartment and cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, so that guests may prepare their own meals. Cabins also provide sitting and living areas, in addition to bedroom and bathroom. Self-catering work well for sight-seeing, as you don’t have to fit in with restaurant meal times or worry about disturbing other guests. It is also ideal for couples or individuals, who want to spend their time exploring the area or away from town, and want time alone to recharge their batteries.

Deposits and Cancellation Policies**

Stays Shorter than One Week

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your cottage or apartment. We will apply this toward the the total of your stay.
• We accept payment online via Paypal or valid credit card over the phone. Checks can be mailed to: Creekside Cottages, 3050 M-137, Interlochen, MI 49643.
• Full payment for your stay is due on arrival. Cash or credit card is accepted for nightly stays.
• We require notice of cancellation one (1) week prior to arrival or loss of deposit will occur. For Bellows Bunkroom, only 24 hours notice is required to receive full refund.

Stays One Week or Longer

• A $150 deposit is required for one-week stays or longer.
• We accept payment online via Paypal, or with valid credit card over the phone. Checks can be mailed. Please contact us for details.
• Full payment for duration of your stay is due on arrival. This may be paid by cash or check. Credit card payments for rent require a small processing fee.
• We require at least one-week notice before your check-in date in order to cancel a reservation. Otherwise, loss of deposit will occur.

Making A Reservation

To check availability of beds, or to make a reservation please check our online listings. Reservations are confirmed once we have received your deposit or accepted your airbnb reservation.

For hostel accommodations in Bellows Bunkroom, we are able to take reservations by email or phone. Please include the number of guests in your party, desired dates and length of stay, and any special requests, and we will contact you with availability and price.

Due to the ongoing upgrades to the property, additional units and private units may become available, so check back for updates!
